Um keine falschen Annahmen zu machen, habe ich mit meiner Bewertung gewartet. Ich arbeite seit längerem in Schichten und das beansprucht verständlicherweise einen mega schlechten Schlafrhytmus. Dadurch lässt auch meine Lebensqualität nach. Jetzt nutze ich es schon etwas länger und analysiere mich selbst dabei. Ich hatte anfangs mit der 10%Ölen angefangen und habe mich glücklicherweise hochgearbeitet (Dosierung dadurch minimiert). Ich kann euch einfach nicht genug Danken. DANKEEEEE MERCIIIIII.
