From an order value of CHF 100, you will receive free shipping! For orders under CHF 100, delivery costs - unless otherwise stated - are generally borne by the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. The flat-rate shipping fee is CHF 7 and is generally charged once per order and is shown in the shopping cart.
The delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days. The actual delivery date of a product depends on whether the product is in stock and on the delivery address you have given us. It also depends on whether we have received your payment and you can find out more in the delivery conditions.
If you are acting as a consumer, you can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins on the day after you have received the goods. To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods in good time. Please note that we cannot take back or refund products that have already been opened/unsealed for legal reasons.
